I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2010
Interview
I applied online through my college's website. I then had a phone interview. The interviewer was very friendly and personable. He asked why I wanted to work for Target and 5 behavior questions (tell me about a time when...). About a month later, I was invited to interview in Minneapolis. Everyone I met was so friendly and outgoing. I loved it! Minneapolis was awesome, even in the winter. We had a morning presentation about Target and two 1 on 1 interviews in the afternoon. Both interviews consisted of 5 behavioral questions similar to the phone interview. I fell in love with the company and am so happy I work there now!

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to do something outside of your skill set.
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
