Interview
An Hr recruiter reaches out to you and does screening through the phone. Then you get called in to talk to the manager about your previous experiences and basic communication skills.
HireVue with 2 tries. Very easy. Behavioral questions. Just show that you're excited to work with them. After using HireVue, you will receive an email and phone call from them.
You basically interview over the phone and send back a short recording of your self. They will ask you questions and allow you to answer the questions over the phone recording. They also give you the chance to delete and re-record if you like.
