They emailed me a link to a video interview that was not with a live person. There were a lot of technical difficulties. The company that Target used for the online interviews eventually fixed the issue.

Question 1
They asked questions about dealing with difficult situations, hypotheticals, skills, and past jobs.
Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
