I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Allentown, PA) in Sep 2012
Interview
The hiring process involves a series of behavioral interviews. It is best that you come prepared to talk not only about your work experience, but about who you are as a person and what you are able to bring to the table. Focuses are on interpersonal relationships, team building, and ability to adapt well in new situations. Interviewer will dig deeper to learn the information that they want if you do not readily provide it. If they have to dig for too long- it will reflect poorly on you as a candidate.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
