I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Alexandria, VA) in May 2012
Interview
The interview process is slightly lengthy. Starts with a phone screening. You will then meet with a store team leader in the area they are looking to place you in. Once you meet with a store team leader you will then meet with the district team leader. Once you have made it past the district team leader you will most likely meet with a human resources business partner. If you have made it this far you are pretty much good.
