It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

If you were a break in the wall where would you be
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Chico, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Fairly straight forward interview. Wanted to find the applicants personal skills. Asked questions such as, describe a time in your life when, why do you want to work for target. Interview process took about 30 minutes. I interviewed with one supervisor for roughly 15 minutes, then I was sent to a different supervisor for another interview in the same day. Both asked similar questions but framed them differently. I was hired during the holidays to provide extra help. My job was a seasonal position but I worked so well I was asked if I wanted to stay on after the seasonal period ended. I declined because I moved to a different city.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Target? Describe a time in your life when you were swamped with tasks, how did you perform?
Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

Question 1
Previous work experience, typical behavioral questions of "If X happened, what would you do?", and why you want to join the company.
I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
