Interview
Hiring process was very behavior question oriented. Pretty straightforward basic questions. Usually have 3 packets the interviewers go through and then they rank them as you give your answers. They want you to walk them through your answer starting from the very beginning, the problem, reaction, how you resolved it/what you learned.
In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.

multiple rounds of phone interviews and video calls. Questions centered around behavioral and situational. Interview at all levels with managers from store to regional level. questions were not hard but do require a lot of thinking and planned responses.
