Was open interviews and I was offered the opportunity after two rounds. It was a smooth process and did not take long. After the 2nd round I was called in the room
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
Online just a few video questions with no in person interview. It was also not live everything is pre recorded. Overall pretty easy and not too bad. Getting the job is mainly about availability
