Interview
Three interviews. One is at the store director level and business partner. Followed by district level with HR DSD and director. It was short but very rehearsed. There are key words that are needed. More of a personal experience that is what they are looking for rather than experience based.
In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.
