easy to get through when it comes to offer in campus selection but this is not a company for a fresher.
My advice to juniors will be to get start with a product base company or a start up company where they can learn and then when they want to settle they can come to TCS and they will be in a high negotiation power.
work culture is cool and calm,employee friendly. Associates are helpful.

Very coordinated went around 4 pm due to personal reasons they accepted it and helped me in the process. Didn't need to wait for anyone both the TR and HR round happened simultaneously.
