I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Bhubaneshwar) in Sep 2011
Interview
Candidate has to appear for written test first which comprise of reasoning, aptitude and english comprehension. Results were announced within few hours. Selected candidates were asked to sit in a waiting room for their interview. They were calling us in a batch to interview hall. We were asked to carry two copies of resume. Before entering the hall we had to sign in a register against our names. Then we were directed towards our interviewer, my interviewer was a good looking guy in his early 30s with black tee and blue jeans. He asked me to sit down and started interview by asking about me. He was looking at my resume. He asked few technical questions and few non-tech questions. When he was done asking he said if I had any thing to ask about the company. That was his last question.

The interview was of 3 rounds: 1 HR and 2 technical. It was not difficult and not easy for an entry-level role; it should focus on communication skills as a fresher.
