Easy and rewarding. They don't ask many questions but definitely hire the toppers even if they are stupid. Hiring students from core engineering branches is another strategy. HR interview was pretty direct and forward. They asked me if I am willing to relocate, if I am ready to negotiate etc.

Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
