Really thorough and enjoyable. Felt like I had the opportunity to put my best foot forward. Not competitive and instead really inclusive. All the assessors really cared and I felt really supported throughout the day and run up.

Wrote 5 200 word competency based questions. Then asked for an assessment centre. One group interview when you are asked to solve a problem as a group. You are then asked to reflect on how you interacted within the group. Interview between yourself and one interviewee. Mock lesson in front of three recruiters acting as children.
