It wasn’t very welcoming at all. The worker up at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and seemed cold towards me. You aren’t allowed to have a phone, which was okay since I would have turned it off anyways. A lot of the process was something I think would be more time saving by having applicants do online prior to coming in the office. I had to fill out an application, list references (hard with out a phone), take a personality test, and a typing test all before even getting a real live person in for an interview. The whole thing lasted maybe over an hour which I didn’t expect since I wasn’t applying for anything very difficult. I honestly knew I didn’t want the job very shortly in due to the whole process. They kind of treated you like you were stupid is how I would describe it. I think if they would have been more welcoming and didn’t have you do a bunch of pointless activities you could do prior I would have had a better experience.
