Interview
After submitting an application I was scheduled for a phone interview with the program head. He was very friendly and the process was straightforward. The questions were standard and not especially technical. It is important to help them understand why you care about their causes.
A lot of standard interview questions such as "Why do you want to work here?". There were some questions as to what kind of work environment do you like, but other than that just standard stuff.
