Average, After 3 rounds, they ghosted me. After further follow ups, finally they revealed that my skillset is not matching roles and said to wait till then. Still they post hiring posts in linkedin as if they are fake hires
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Techolution (Hyderābād)
Interview
In the interview I was asked about the basics of Transformers, LLMs, Positional Encoding. I answered it well, but I personally felt my explaination wasn't as technical as it should've been. This is the second round of interview, after which there will be one final round. The first round was super easy, I got tested on basic python programming.

Question 1
Tell me the role of decoder architecture in Transformer mechanism
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Techolution (Hyderābād) in Sep 2024
Interview
I was interviewed at Techolution for an L1 and coding discussion around July. Most of the questions were based on my resume and LLM projects, and the interview lasted over an hour. In the end, I was given three coding questions: two dynamic programming problems and one regular question. I was only given 10 minutes to solve one medium-level DP question. At the end of the interview, the interviewer mentioned that my performance was good and that she would select me, saying that she would inform me about the further rounds.
After two days, and then even after a week, I received no proper response from HR. After three weeks, I called again, and they informed me that hiring was on hold and that they would let me know if any roles opened up. Unfortunately, due to this lack of communication, I missed another interview opportunity, thinking this was a great company to grow my knowledge in generative AI. That was a major mistake.
After a gap of three months, I was contacted again for the same position and asked to attend the same interview I had cleared earlier. I did well in the second interview too. This time, there were two DP questions—one I solved in 11 minutes, and I finished the other within the time limit. However, at the end, the interviewer said I needed to improve my coding speed since I had taken an extra minute. She also mentioned that I was strong in the generative AI field, which is important for the role, and asked me to wait for a response.
Two weeks later, after following up twice, I received a rejection email. The entire experience was frustrating. The interviewer asked me to paste my code into chat for someone else to verify, which makes me feel that the technical process lacked depth. I feel like they were just playing with my mental health. I would recommend avoiding this company, as they ghosted me for months without providing any proper updates. My request to the company is to at least inform candidates of the results, even if it's negative, instead of leaving them hanging for months over an intern role.
