Interview
I was referred by a friend. This company outsources for Merck so I was actually working at Merck Pharmaceutical on site Went in....sat with the new program supervisor. Asked basic questions...experience, people skills, questions, etc. A couple days after the interview I was called back in and offered the job. Based on what they ask me in my interview I got the feeling that anyone could have obtained this job.

Describe a difficult situation you had to overcome.
Me presente, estuvo bien, muy atentos con todo, me llamaron por telefono e hicimos una conference completa, donde me hicieron una serie de preguntas, me comentaron que estaban evaluando en caso de pasar, me hiba a contactar el director de desarrollo.

Applied online and got a phone call. Went for an interview with two people one on one. The interview was about 15 minutes. Received a call the next day and I accepted it. Started a week later.

Interview
The Manager was very nice and professional. We went over the history of the business. We did happen to go over Company Medical Insurance, which of course is not done during Interview.
