Interview
Face-to-face interview was conducted with a director and a managing director. First half of interview would be general introductions, where I introduced myself and the directors shared more about the company structure and the typical client projects that they take on.
Seond half of inteview would be a technical assessment based on use-cases, where you 1) derive ER diagram from a set of technical specs, 2) suggest an architecture based on another set of specs, 3) code review of a end-user module and suggest improvements to the current implementation. Managing director would review your proposed answers with you at the end of the assessment.
