Interview
The whole process took just over two months. I had two face to face interviews at the HQ with three different Managers on the Customer Success Team. Each interview was separated by a month. Once I received the offer the HR team was very quick to respond to my emails and also provide me all of the paperwork well before my start date. HR helped answer a few questions for me to ensure all paperwork was completed. I was eligible for benefits three days after my start date.

Initial screaning call with recruiter followed by a 30 munite call with hiring manager. Then a 90 minute panel interview including 30 minute presentation. Panel constiting of hiring manager, 2nd manager and Director.

Phone Interview with Team manager - where the nusances of the job were discussed in more detail. This was followed by onsite with the Regional Manager, Team Manager and Team member.
