Typical Interview with 2 questions, one of them being quite difficult and unique
Then was given a home task, which I was given a weekend to do, and was then reviewed on,
Had their recruiter reached out to me almost immediately after i applied in setting up an initial call, I responded back but however, took the recruiter about a week to eventually get back to me, stating he was away unexpectedly.
Finally I had the screen call with the recruiter and he did not tell much about anything related to the company or the position, I basically had to pry him out of the standard information normally given by the recruiter in these interviews. Instead of telling me about the position, basically he wanted me to look the job posting again and let him know if i have any questions and that was basically the bulk of the interview. He also did not tell me anything of what the next step is. Not surprisingly, never heard back from him again.
It seems quite lazy of the recruiter, and it didn't seem like he even gave an effort in seriously conducting the call.
I'm not really sure why they even decide to do the call in the first place but i'm guessing maybe there was a certain quota of calls to reach by him.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tenable (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was fine but they just stop responding to me. I did an interview and it went well. I met the team and that went well. There was supposed to be follow up but I never received any. They didn't even say we're no longer interested.
