They will ask about experience, salary expectations, availability and a little bit about motivation. First stage is usually informal and no more than 30 minutes. Second stage will be face to face and more in depth.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
