Interview
Really Straightforward, Answer a couple of questions then get told to go to the shop floor, basically work as quick as possible. Have a good attitude towards them, also answer all questions, this will then indicate to them that you are confident and know what you are on about.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
