group interview, in a room with 20 different people were they ask each individual a series of questions which had to be answered uniquely to everyone else's question. It was not a pleasant experience but managed to get through it.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
