Interview
Face to face interview with the hiring manager. Asked about previous experience and roles. Told me about the specifics of the job and the schedules. Time for questions from my end too.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
