I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Tempe, AZ) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied through college and got interviewed on campus. There was one one-on-one round with one interviewer. It was mostly behavioral questions and few technical questions. The interview was easy though I couldn't get through that round. Mainly, because I bombed one question big time. Got my reject next day itself. Still it was a good learning experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly behavioural questions with two technical questions. The technical questions were basic like step input to rc filter, lc filter etc.
fundamental circuit intuition, problem-solving skills, and deep understanding of device physics rather than just rote memorization of equations. You will be expected to think out loud, draw waveforms, and analyze small-signal
Online Assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Online Assessment consisted of 3 parts - Analog, Digital and Aptitude. Analog part mostly consisted of questions from RC circuits, Opamps, MOS Circuits, Oscillators.
I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
I am only having only one round of interview
Where they asked mostly about rc circuits. Op amp basics and mosfet questions.
The interview almost happened for 1 hour and it is a good experience
