I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Berkeley, CA)
Interview
Applied through university recruiting, interviewed in career center by employee from Santa Clara location. Interviewer was nice and gave me some behavioral and simple technical questions regarding device physics. I thought I did ok but never got a response back.

Question 1
- What is one project that I am proud of
- How does a transistor work?
- Draw Vgs/Vds - Ids curves
Online Assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Online Assessment consisted of 3 parts - Analog, Digital and Aptitude. Analog part mostly consisted of questions from RC circuits, Opamps, MOS Circuits, Oscillators.
I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
I am only having only one round of interview
Where they asked mostly about rc circuits. Op amp basics and mosfet questions.
The interview almost happened for 1 hour and it is a good experience
Keep your basics clear and intuition well prepared. Knowledge in RC and small signal is must. Himangshu Agarwal and Chembiyan T must and basics of opamp etc. Input and output impedance calculations etc.
