I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Aug 2013
Interview
They take a two hour online test which included questions on analog electronics and digital electronics concepts. People were shortlisted on basis of their score in this test, After that it's your response to similar questions in the interview which matters. Computer architecture and vhdl concepts should be clear. Questions depend on the type of skills their project demands.
fundamental circuit intuition, problem-solving skills, and deep understanding of device physics rather than just rote memorization of equations. You will be expected to think out loud, draw waveforms, and analyze small-signal
Online Assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Online Assessment consisted of 3 parts - Analog, Digital and Aptitude. Analog part mostly consisted of questions from RC circuits, Opamps, MOS Circuits, Oscillators.
I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
I am only having only one round of interview
Where they asked mostly about rc circuits. Op amp basics and mosfet questions.
The interview almost happened for 1 hour and it is a good experience
