I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Oct 2019
Interview
The first round was a phone interview where the manager posted the questions through Skype. The questions were easy but time consuming. He had prepared about 15-20 questions and I was able to answer only 8 questions. Started off with the basic questions followed by advanced topics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Inverting, Non-inverting op-amps, performance of circuit consisting of a zener diode etc.,
fundamental circuit intuition, problem-solving skills, and deep understanding of device physics rather than just rote memorization of equations. You will be expected to think out loud, draw waveforms, and analyze small-signal
Online Assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Online Assessment consisted of 3 parts - Analog, Digital and Aptitude. Analog part mostly consisted of questions from RC circuits, Opamps, MOS Circuits, Oscillators.
I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
I am only having only one round of interview
Where they asked mostly about rc circuits. Op amp basics and mosfet questions.
The interview almost happened for 1 hour and it is a good experience
