I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Texas Instruments
Interview
I recruited through a campus online resume drop, interviewed on campus then online via HireVue. Took about 2 months because I scheduled my second interview for later in the timeline. Standard behavioral questions, surprised there were no technical questions. Very nice interviewers and recruiters throughout. Go to the information sessions to learn about the company.
It was pretty straightforward and easy, they really look for your behavior attributes rather than technical, but still the technical is important since the role is very versatile. I would focus on the basics and also understand customer interaction.
Interviewed after a quick meeting with a recruiter at Career Fair. Interviewer was kind and questions were mainly focused on experience and leadership in engineering projecs rather than direct technical ability. Have not finished second round interview yet, but was told day of that I would be making second round,
