first a written exam involving apititude and analog electronics was taken then 22 people were selected for interviews and a panel of 2 people took the interviews seperately they also were intrested in people having more cgpa as their ppt suggested . basically they were looking for overall

Question 1
basics of mosfet ,characterisics of mosfet,how its a voltage controlled device also high frequency model of mosfet was asked how its helpful in realising real world problems
Online Assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Online Assessment consisted of 3 parts - Analog, Digital and Aptitude. Analog part mostly consisted of questions from RC circuits, Opamps, MOS Circuits, Oscillators.

Where they asked mostly about rc circuits. Op amp basics and mosfet questions.
The interview almost happened for 1 hour and it is a good experience
Keep your basics clear and intuition well prepared. Knowledge in RC and small signal is must. Himangshu Agarwal and Chembiyan T must and basics of opamp etc. Input and output impedance calculations etc.
