The interview process was typical, with an initial phone screen, two rounds of video interview with two individuals, and a final round, which involved a lunch with the hiring manager and Senior VIP of operations. I was also required to complete an Excel assessment and writing sample. I was disappointed in the communication of the recruiter, which may have been a 3rd party. After the final round of interviews, he ghosted me and never followed up to give an answer. I found this extremely unprofessional.
