Interview
The manager met with me on the sales floor and she did the interview right there with all the customers which was kind of awkward. The questions were not that hard and she was super laid back and it was easy to talk to her.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle (Houston, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview wasn’t too hard. I wore something I thought a buckle team member would wear. I got a call for an interview the same day I applied and we scheduled it for 2 days later at 1:00 pm. When I got there I was told to “shop around while I let the manager know you’re here.” I didn’t mind honestly, I shop there all the time and almost bought something while I was there. About a 7 minute interview. Told me I would get an email within the next 24 hours. Fingers crossed!

The interview took place at the back of store. It was interestingly completed standing up. It was very casual and laid-back. The experience was nothing intimidating. It did not take much time.
