I received an email from the recruiter to fill out some questions protaining to the job, afterwards I was told they would review the response to see if you will go to the next phase. It didn't feel personal

Interview
The initial interview was a Panel interview. They will alternate asking questions.
Mixture of behavioral questions, experience, current duties, projects worked/ spear headed.
Also the interview is on video. Not bad at all

Interview
The interview was rather brutal; not hard, but painful. Had the hiring manager on speaker (which was like speaking to OZ) and had two obviously unprepared interviewers going off of a "cigna interview questions workbook". Nice people, but the interview left me not wanting the job or anything in the dept.
