Face-to-face interview with around 5-6 members of the accounting team including management. The process took about 1-2 hours. The interviewers would then all vote on which applicant they preferred and the person with the most votes were given an offer.

Office environment very professional. Receptionist had not returned from lunch at the time of my arrival, but the office had a phone that you could use to announce that you had arrived. Had 1:1 with potential supervisor, then met 1:1 with peer. Discussed office structure and job expectations. Team oriented workplace. Very professional.
