Initial phone screening which was mostly behavioral questions. Th next round was a full-day on-site interview where I met with different people in the company. There was no case interview, all behavioral. People were nice but the hiring decision was very delayed.

Walk me through some of the econometrics projects on your resume.
First round is a video call with a manager at the company. Second round is super day where you meet a bunch of different managers, and you also have dinner with analysts the night before the super day.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Claro Group

1st round on campus 30 mins , final round in office 30 mins interviews with 7~8 people. People were friendly, nice office, projects sounded interesting. Stayed for the entire day and took me to lunch. HR never followed up with hiring decision.
