I applied online. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company
Interview
Basically situational questions looking for a clear action and result from the person being interviewed. Will sometimes have a twist like "Tell me about a time when you failed and what did you do differently when a similar opportunity surfaced?" Will often ask some type of cultural fit question about the Company. Basically with these looking for passion about the brand. Typically a panel interview.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Istanbul) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial recruiter screening, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and senior team members. The questions focused on leadership experience, business impact, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and examples of managing teams through change. Overall, the process was challenging but fair, and communication was clear throughout.
