Interview
It took more than 2 months. Had a screening interview, then waited 2 weeks, with emails going back and forth. Did not hear from them for a month assuming I did not get the position. Heard back after a month and asked if I was still interested. Again, nothing for 2 weeks, until I email them again. Got an in person meeting with 3 managers.

In the end there was a role play questions to test my thinking skills and see how quick i could respond. As long as you go in confident you will be fine and make sure you answer without thinking to hard. Alot of it was just common sence.
