Interview
It was long & a little unnecessary. I simply found it dragging because it's a learnership. The process is supposed to be simple to motivate more members of the youth to engage in such.

About my educational background and work experience, the requirements were low yes but the thing that bothers me most is how most jobs require experience while we're just young fellas with no experience and only a bit of educational background.
