Feels like this job is ALWAYS up. I've seen it for almost a year. Are they really hiring for it? I interviewed with the recruiter and it was a 30 minute phone call that covered basic questions. When it was my turn to ask some basic questions, the recruiter was very vague in their answers. Either they didn't know or didn't want to spend time answering questions for a job they aren't really hiring for.

Interviewed with Bill (unable to understand last name) and he was nice. Interview lasted less then 5 minutes. Asked only if I have done sales even though there are other aspects of the job description, He only asked if I have managed people then went into this is a sales only position (instead this is a management position that works in obtaining sales goals.) After 5 minutes he stated that since I was not the sales person with my company (even though I oversea over 500 people) and have done sales in the past that this was a interview stopper. Bill was nice but I'm not sure he knew what the position I was applying for was,
