I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Dayton, OH) in Apr 2017
Interview
Very intense and many steps involved and it is a long process as they make sure you are a proper fit but the good thing about it is it gives you a good feel for the company and the people you will work for so you can feel comfortable that you want the job if you are offered a position.

Question 1
Explain the challenges you faced at your current/previous employer and how you managed them
The Interview process was all virtual. It consisted of an interview with HR then hiring manager then Larry Connor (owner). I never heard back after my interview with Larry. A lot of the questions asked in all three interviews overlapping. There wasn’t a lot of depth, it was very surface level and not very welcoming.

Question 1
Larry asked me qualities that I look into when hiring someone, qualities my friends would say I have, qualities my current manager would say I have, etc. A LOT of questions regarding qualities.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Miamisburg, OH) in Mar 2025
Interview
Four total interviews. Fifteen minute phone call. Twenty-five minute zoom call. Then you meet with who you report to and then on to who they report to. The one downfall was they didn't get back to me when they said they would. It was 3 weeks after they said they would that I received a voice message.

Interview
So far the interview process has been very accommodating and is progressing at a steady pace. There have been multiple phone interviews and I have had 1 interview in person. Everyone I have talked to have kept me informed about the process and what to expect next.
