On time and friendly with nice calm approach. Fair process with good conversation. Had productive questioning that created open and frank discussion. Not overly difficult but I wasnt sure what to expect
They require a Written application first about your knowledge and experience, and your academic record - then 15 minute phone interview by a member of HR where they ask you about sustainable development work in your local area.

Interview process was generally positive. There were several weeks between stages and took longer than I was expecting to hear back but all interviewers were engaging and professional. 1st stage phone interview, 2nd stage video call, 3rd stage in person.
