1st basic round by HR to schedule and interview, Later 2 Technical Rounds - one by the respective module specialized manager and then directors of SAP Practice wherein negotiations are done at this phase and final round by HR Director followed by background verification and further negotiations.

First two interviews are behavioral and the last interview is a 2 hour case. The first interview was mostly conversational the second one was more of your standard behavioral with questions like what's your greatest strength etc. I did not make it to the case so I cant speak for that portion of the process.
