I went to the site for a job shadow as a junior in college. I offered my resume to the manager and asked if there is any internships available. The manager told me he will look at my resume and give me call if interested. I received a call the same day and had set up the interview first thing the next week. Interview went great; it was very relaxed and that manager was very understanding.

on campus Interview, there is only one recruiter in the room. She directly jumped to the work experience parts on the resume, asked several questions about your past work experiences, and it seems like they want you have custom service work experience before.
