Old and Uptight Hiring Managers!!! Applied in February, received a email to set up a phone interview (two months) after applying online. Passed my phone interview answering questions about my job history and answering what I know about the Hartford insurance. After passing my phone interview I had a face to face interview which was with 3 managers. My interview went will I just thought it was so rude that one of the hiring managers wasn't looking at me while I was answering questions. She kept looking outside the window and kept breathing like if she was annoyed by me or was annoyed she had to be there. I felt so uncomfortable. The other 2 hiring managers were amazing and polite. They were interested and loved my answers. I received a call back the next day. The recruiter stated one of the hiring managers went with a different candidate. However, the other 2 managers offered me another interview with a diff department. I took the 2nd round. The 2nd round was less intense due to it being only one manager but even that the manager was really uptight and rude. Very picky!!! I've never been in such a negative environment when being interviewed. I always get hired everywhere I interview and for some reason with this company I feel I'm far beyond getting hired due to the hiring process and the hiring managers personalities.
