I was very impressed with the interview process. I completed an online application and then took their online assessment. The online assessment has personality, verbal comprehension, and math questions. Following these questions, you have a call center simulation.
They were holding informational sessions at their office so I went to one the day after I submitted my application and met several of the managers and then took a tour of the facilities.
The first part of the interview is a phone interview with the talent scout. It lasted about an hour and we went into depth about background, work philosophy, expectations, etc. Then I went in for an in-person interview with 2 floor managers. That interview last approximately 30-45 minutes. After that, the talent scout called me to discuss how I thought the interview went and if I had any additional questions.
My in person interview was on a Friday and I had a job offer on Monday.
