I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (Houston, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
Process was very long.. went through 4 interviews total. NAILED all 4 interviews... I interviewed with the director last which was on a Monday. Unfortunately the director went on vacation the next day... so she said i should have an update the next week when she gets back. the next week passes by... and i receive a random email saying "thank you for your patience the director has been on vacation and will not be back until Friday and they will make final hiring decision before the beginning of the next week "Stay Tuned" ...... beginning of next week comes and i still haven't heard anything. Finally i receive an email saying they will be moving on with another candidate.. this was sent to me at the end of the week.
my last interview with the director was March 18,2019
i received a "thank you for your patience the director is out of town you will hear back by the beginning of next week "stay tuned" on March 25,2019..
received rejection letter on April 4.
i would never have been upset if they would have been honest with me and sent the rejection letter sooner... rather than keep leading me on saying stay tuned... just to reject me. I will never apply to this company again. COMPLETE waist of time.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Hartford (Brea, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
After the initial application process and battery assessment, an initial screening interview by phone with HR, an in-person interview with the hiring manager and area director (conferenced-called in), a Skype interview with another area director in New York, and then another phone interview with another area director in New York. I'm not sure why I had to interview with so many area directors for an entry-level position but the process was pretty lengthy (2 months from initial HR interview to decision). I had to email them to request a status update after the last interview and was then notified I wasn't receiving an offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford in Dec 2013
Interview
I applied online and received an email immediately after to take an assessment test online. After completing the assessment, the next day I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was ok, it was very hard to hear the recruiter on the other end, I constantly had to ask her to please repeat questions. To my surprise I received another phone call the next day after the interview to set up a panel Inteview. The panel interview was scheduled to be at the home office , and it was such a positive experience. The recruiters were pleasant and overall really great individuals, fun and upbeat.
