It took more than a month for the recruiter to get back to me following my interview and the recruiter left a voicemail stating I did not get the job. An interviewer also paused the interview to respond to an email which I found to be very unprofessional. I could tell the interviewer was not paying attention during the interview as I was asked to repeat what I said. I am a very qualified candidate who was referred by a current employee and the process left me with a poor impression of the company.
