I sent in my application and received a call about 2 weeks later to set up an interview. Had my interview and it went great. I thought I had nailed it and felt really confident. They told me I would hear back in a week or two because they had other interviews, but I received an email 4 days later saying that I was no longer a candidate.

Interview
Two virtual interviews: first is the initial screening, verifying you and your experience, and a little more about the role with one person. Second interview is with two people and ask STAR structured questions.

Initial screening call interview, and then a follow up with team leaders of the role usually 2. They will ask you some STAR format questions and relevant experience regarding customer service.

Interview
The first request was a email to request a phone interview. During the first interview it was two or three behavioral questions and going over on your resume in full. At the end of the call I received a request to schedule the next interview. The second interview with with two individuals a manager and a team lead. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable it felt like a regular conversation with friends.
