There were two people interviewing me. They did the STAR method. If you are not familiar with that method head to google and/or Youtube. The interview overall was good but it was kind of hard to think of scenarios in my head because I got nervous and could've see that one of the recruiters checked out.

Question 1
Name a time where you made a mistake at work and how did you correct it?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Hartford (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2026
Interview
2 rounds, first a phone screen and then a video call with 2 interviewers. Both were very positive and good natured, told me to "keep close to my phone." Never heard a yes or no 4 weeks later. I expected more from an established company such as the Hartford. Does not speak well for how they manage/treat the people.

Question 1
There was nothing new or groundbreaking. How do you handle deadlines, tell us about a problem you faced, how do you deal with customer, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (Hartford, CT) in Jul 2023
Interview
I had a very wonderful interview process! I was alerted by email to set up a phone screening with HR which took place 3 days after the initial email. A day after the phone screening I had received another email to set up a virtual meeting. It was a very comfortable environment and I felt less nervous as the interview went on. After the second interview, I was offered a position the next day! To clarify, this position is hybrid but I did not have to come in for a in person interview.
