I applied online. I interviewed at The Hartford in Mar 2024
Interview
After applying it asked to complete and assessment. Nothing too crazy but can be a bit confusing. Even if you don’t finish it all that’s ok but try to get it all done in the time given. After a few days I received a link to schedule a 30 min phone screening with the talent acquisition lady. She basically explained the hours, pay, the position, asked if you have any planned vacay and if that is something you’re interested in. If yes, she will schedule an hour interview with two sales managers and you are on teams video call and they introduce themselves and ask a little about you, history etc. Basically going over your resume so don’t give them too much because those are not the interview questions just yet. After the questions and asked me about what I would normally ask prospects on the call and I just offered them to run through my whole spill that I currently do at my current insurance sales job. They liked it and said the recruiter should reach out. Short phone interview Monday and I scheduled the actual interview Friday, and received an email with the offer Wednesday. She then asked to meet for another 30 min and I scheduled for Thursday where she will go over more detail on the offer and I’m assuming background check which we haven’t done just yet.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was referred by current employee. I applied online and next day I received an email to setup a phone interview.
The phone interview was great, professional and encouraging. Ms. Shari, the Recruiter, went over the position's job description, asked questions about my work experience, and behavioral questions related to customer service. I was given a date (2 weeks after) to interview with Management.
The in person interview was a fun experience. Everyone was accommodating, nice, professional and knowledgeable. They asked behavioral questions all related to customer service. Make sure you study the STAR method. Each of the 10 interviewees spoke with 2 different Managers.
Next day I received a phone call and got a job offer!
